In celebration of Valentine's Day, join me for a special heart opening Cacao Ceremony at Alnoba in Kensington, NH on Thursday, 2/13/25 from 5-6:30pm. 

During this ceremony, participants will sip on ceremonial grade cacao that has been melted and made into hot chocolate while being guided through a meditation designed to open up the heart chakra and facilitate heart healing.

Ceremonial grade cacao is chocolate in its pure, raw form - unprocessed and medicinal in nature. This plant medicine has been used in ceremony for thousands of years by the indigenous cultures of South America who called cacao "the heart opener" for its ability to both physically and energetically open up the heart space.
